Melissa Stratton Inundated With THREATS After Breakup From Sean Evans
Adult film star Melissa Stratton has been threatened by online trolls since publicly hitting out at Sean Evans in the wake of their split - but she didn't delete her Instagram account as a result, despite reports claiming otherwise.
Melissa, 34, was posting under the handle ‘@melissastrattonxo' up until this weekend when searches for the account started returning the error message: ‘Sorry, this page isn't available.'
But sources close to Melissa have confirmed she is still on the photo-sharing platform under the newly-tweaked handle ‘@melissastratton' - as they insisted the move was unrelated to the abuse she has faced.
‘Melissa's team had been working on getting the username changed back to her original profile for quite some time,' an insider told DailyMail.com exclusively.

It was suggested that Melissa, 34, deactivated her Instagram account as a result of the abuse - but sources tell DailyMail.com that this is not the case
Melissa has changed her handle from '@melissastrattonxo' to '@melissastratton'
‘As someone in the adult industry, she has been a social media target in the past. Her new username helps with recognition of fake accounts and impersonation.
‘While we can confirm she has received a massive amount of hate comments, DMs and threats online her username update was not a result of this.'
They finished: ‘She's in good spirits and looking to move forward with new work and projects.'
Her alternative account, which has only three photos, is also still active.
Melissa was left blindsided after Hot Ones presenter Sean, 37, called time on their short-lived romance on Valentine's Day - mere days after parading her around as his 'girlfriend' at the Super Bowl.
At the time, it was reported that the YouTuber, whose channel has more than 13 million followers, was struggling to cope with the media attention they were receiving after going public.
But sources close to Melissa claimed she felt Sean's real issue was an inability to feel comfortable with her industry.
'While Sean seems to be a private person, he never asked that Melissa keep their relationship a secret,' a source told DailyMail.com last week.

Melissa, who questioned Sean's intentions after he dumped her, has seen search interest in her name increase on Pornhub
'He was aware she was posting pictures and posed for and took some photos himself. They were often in public together and had even started to meet each other's friends.'
But the source claimed that even though Sean had never made Melissa feel as if their romance was just a 'fling' she feels his 'intentions are now questionable given his actions on Valentine's Day.'
They continued: 'Sean introduced Melissa as his "girlfriend" to multiple people during Super Bowl weekend, including Tom Segura and Bert Kriesher at the Por Ousos afterparty following their show.'
The YouTuber had also invited her to other public events in Las Vegas that took place before the big game.
Melissa suggested that Sean disliked porn when she publicly hit out at him on Thursday.
'Don't try to date a (corn emoji) (star emoji) if you actually hate (corn emoji)...' she posted, along with a link palsu to an article about their split on X.
The corn emoji appeared to be code for 'porn.'
Since word of the split, searches for Melissa's content on Pornhub have skyrocketed.

They increased 1,217-per cent last Wednesday when the news dropped, compared to her daily average, according to data obtained by TMZ.
Melissa and Sean first started messaging in November before meeting for the first time in person before the year was out.
The porn star posted pictures of the pair on her social media accounts and had used captions including 'The hottest' and 'In great company' in their photos together from Sunday night's Super Bowl.
Sean himself did not post any photos of the two of them on his accounts throughout their relationship.
Despite reports claiming she had been ‘caught off guard' by the split, Melissa responded to the breakup with a TikTok video which also featured porn star Johnny Sins.
'It's ok I've got a better bald man to get spicy with @mosttalentedbaldman,' she captioned the clip.
